General Conditions

As a member of Study Association Complex you agree to certain terms and conditions when registering. These can also be found in the registration form. For the formality of being able to see what your rights are as a member and what is expected of you, these agreements are listed below. These agreements are:

  • to the privacy policy
  • to the use of pictures taken at activities for promotional purposes. 
  • that personal information will be saved in accordance to Dutch Tax laws.
  • that the email address will be added to the mailing list to receive the member mail of Study Association Complex.
  • to pay the yearly contribution of €17.50 (This will be automatically collected)

Deregistration Conditions

Because of the privacy law it is not possible for Complex to use the database of Tilburg University to see if members are graduated or have quit with the study. Do you want to stop your membership? This can be done by completing this form. If you want to stop your membership, you have to do this before the 1st of September of the following academic year. Otherwise, your membership will be automatically continue. For example, if you want to stop your membership for the year 2022-2023, fill this deregistration form in before 1 september 2022.

Pay attention! Deregistration for this academic year (2022-2023) was possible until the 31th of August 2022. If you deregister after this date, your deregistration will be done by the next academic year, 2023-2024.
