Coordinator External Affairs

Heyhey! My name is Daimy de Kreek (24), and this year I have the pleasure of fulfilling the role of Coordinator External Affairs within the board of Study Association Complex!

As Coordinator External Affairs, I am responsible for everything that connects Complex with the world outside the association. This includes managing our external communication, representing Complex when communicating with external parties, and working on increasing the visibility and reach of the association. I also maintain and build relationships with companies, organisations, and other external parties, and look for opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and other initiatives that can benefit Complex and its members.

In addition to my external responsibilities, I will be coordinating the Activity Committee, Cultural Committee, and Promotion Committee. I’m really looking forward to supporting these committees throughout the year and helping turn their ideas into successful activities and promotional initiatives!

I’m currently in my third year of the Psychology bachelor’s programme, and I’ve been an active member of Complex since my first year. Over the past years, I’ve been involved in several committees, including the Study Support Committee twice, which is now called the Professional Development Committee, as well as the Culinary Committee and the Introduction Weekend Committee. Being involved in different committees has allowed me to meet many people within Complex and experience the association from different perspectives. I’m excited to now take on a new role and contribute to Complex in a different way!

In my free time, I’m a little bit of a gamer. I also really enjoy dancing and spending time with my friends, and you can definitely find me singing my heart out at karaoke, whether the people around me asked for it or not!

I’m really looking forward to everything this year has in store and to creating lots of amazing memories together!
